Elementary school teacher Amber Carter was arrested on February 10, 2009, after it was revealed that she was working part time as a prostitute. Investigation and Arrest
Carter reportedly solicited herself via a Craigslist posting. Acting on an anonymous tip, a sergeant with the Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to the ad, acting as an interested customer. During the correspondence, Carter reportedly wrote: "Let me know if you want me to just service you or if you wanted to actually have sex."
