The 14th season of The Amazing Race premiered on February 15, 2009. The host of the race around the world, Phil Keoghan, guided 11 different teams with clues, roadblocks and many difficult choices in their quest to win the grand prize of $1 million. The finalists were Luke Adams with his mother Margie Adams, brother and sister duo Tammy Jih and Victor Jih, and cheerleader friends Cara Rosenthal with Jaime Edmondson. The finale aired on May 10, 2009, with Tammy and Victor winning the cash prize by coming in first place.
