21-year-old Amanda Dawn Baughman of Pennsylvania was arrested on charges of child endangerment after her three-year-old son was found alone on a busy road. After police searched for about 20 minutes, Baughman and the father of the child, William Reynolds, were found watching television in their basement apartment. The parents placed the blame on the boy's 65-year-old grandmother, Geraldine Estep, saying that she was supposed to be watching the child.
