The newest edition in the ongoing Alone in the Dark series, also known as Alone in the Dark 5, has been divided into episodes like a TV show. Each new episode begins with a recap of the previous one, and is divided into sections. There are even cliffhangers and plot twists at the end of each episode, to keep players coming back for more.
Alone in the Dark for the PS3 is still under development and has not been given a firm release date. Exclusive episodic content for download from the PlayStation Network is expected.
