The control system for Alone in the Dark for the PC is similar to most other PC Games. The arrow keys move your character on the screen, and the spacebar allows you to jump. Holding down two arrow keys, either left-and-right or up-and-down, while pressing the spacebar allows you to kick.
A recent trailer showed the basics of the controls on the Wii version. Moving the wii-mote and nunchuk in opposite directions opens up inventory. To pick up use something from inventory, you move as your character would.
Controls for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions correlate to the same button mapping as other games on the systems.
