Allen Covert is an American comedian and actor as well as a longtime friend of comedian and actor, Adam Sandler. Covert has appeared in twelve of Sandler's movies thus far and often writes for Sandler's films and comedy albums. Covert had his first starring role in the movie Grandma's Boy for Adam Sandler's Happy Madison production company in 2006. Covert was arrested on March 24, 2008 for assault on a photographer that was filming his daughter on the set of Bedroom Stories. He was released shortly after his arrest.
