Allan Houston was drafted by the Detroit Pistons in 1993. In 1996, he signed with the Knicks and played there until 2005. During his tenure with the Knicks, Houston helped to the team reach the 1999 NBA Finals. Houston was selected to the All-Star team in 2000 and 2001.NBA.com: Allan Houston Bio
