The All Access Gift Card is a pre-paid Visa debit card. The card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in order to make a purchase. The All Access Gift Card is able to be used at all locations that accept Visa Debit Cards. It cannot be used to rent a car, as a valid credit card is required and this is a prepaid debit card. The card is valid until the funds are gone or the card expires, whichever comes first. This card does have fees associated with it.

To use the card online or by phone, you must first register your personal details with NetSpend, the company that issues the cards. The merchant can then verify your details when you use the card, which protects you from someone else using your card.

• Use as a "Credit" card even though it says "debit" on it. Even though it is actually a pre-paid debit card, you do not have a PIN number, so a debit transaction will not work. You must select "credit" for the charge to go through
  
• Keep track of how much you have on the card. If your purchase is for more than the amount you have remaining, you will need to tell the clerk how much you want charged to the card and how you will pay for the remainder of the purchase. Not all merchants will allow split transactions, so tell the cashier first before ringing up the purchase.
