Alisha Mankin has been identified as the driver of a stolen U-Haul that led authorities on a high-speed chase through Los Angeles and surrounding areas of Southern California on January 28, 2009. The chase ended about two hours later when Mankin jumped from the U-Haul after running out of gas near Somis, California.
