Gameplay
Alien Soldier is a side scrolling shooter with notably short and easy levels. Instead of facing several minor bosses across long levels the game is broken up into many small levels with lots of boss fights. In total there are 25 levels and 31 bosses to defeat. The game has two difficult levels, Supereasy and Superhard. In the hard setting players receive no continues and can not use passwords to advance or save progress.
