Two-year-old Alicyn McMillen of Lincoln, Nebraska, was clinically dead for a full 30 minutes after almost drowning in a frozen pond. McMillan crawled through the doggy door of her family's home, climbed over a fence and made her way into a pond in March 2009.http://www.ketv.com/news/20189230/detail.html
