Alicia Leonor Banuelos is on the FBI's Most Wanted List for federal kidnapping and murder charges stemming from a 1997 incident. On April 29, 1997, Banuelos gave birth to a second daughter at Palatine, Illinois, and the child drowned shortly afterward, reportedly in a toilet stool. Banuelos was charged with first degree murder and placed in the Cook County Jail.
