Biggest Loser Couples winner Ali Vincent is a hair stylist and former champion synchronized swimmer. She started the competition at 234 pounds and lost 112 pounds during the competition.
Vincent and her mother, Bette Sue, were eliminated the fourth week of the show. Vincent returned to the house during the eleventh week in a surprising twist in the game. She had lost more weight than the other houseguests since their eviction and earned her right to compete again.
Vincent was one of the final four competing for the grand prize and the title of Biggest Loser Couples Winner and won the status of the first female "Biggest Loser".
