Authorities in Alhambra, California, are investigating the cause of an explosive fire that destroyed a three-story apartment complex that was under construction. The four-alarm fire started shortly before 11:00 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, November 18, 2008. The fire also damaged two nearby buildings and several parked cars.
