Alfred Brock was arrested outside of the US Capitol in Washington DC after saying that he had a package for President Obama. After police questioned him, he admitted to having a rifle in his truck. The man was arrested and charged with possession of an unregistered rifle. The complex includes the Capitol building the House and Senate Office Buildings, the U.S. Botanic Garden, the Capitol Grounds, the Library of Congress , the Supreme Court Building and several other buildings.
