Alexis Grace is a reality show contestant on American Idol: Season 8. A single mother of one, Alexis auditioned in Louisville Kentucky and sang a classic Aretha Franklin song. She received a unanimous vote to put her through to the Hollywood stage auditions and then moved on to the top 13. She was later voted out as a member of the top 11, just one elimination away from being eligible to join the Idol tour.
