Alex Romero is a Venezuelan-born outfielder who plays for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Romero was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Minnesota Twins in 2002 and spent the next five seasons playing in the minors. In early 2007, the Diamondbacks claimed from the Twins him off waivers and he made his MLB debut in April of 2008.
