Alburn Edward Blake opened fire in a West Palm Beach, Florida Wendy's on March 3, 2008 injuring 5 and killing one victim, identified as Rafael Vazquez, before turning the gun on himself. Police do not believe he knew anyone at the restaurant at this time, and no motive is known for the crime.
