Alberto Cribiore

Alberto Cribiore is a executive Merrill Lynch board member Alberto Cribiore will fill in for departing CEO Stan O'Neal as an interim non-executive chairman, until a new CEO can be appointed. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Cribiore had been a Senior VP at Warner Communications, Co-president at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., and the founder of Brera Capital Partners.

Criboire is the founder and managing director of the private equity firm Brera Capital Partners LLC. From 1985 to 1997, Briboire served as co-president of Clayton Dubilier & Rice equity firm. He has served of the board of directors at Merrill Lynch, since 2003.
