Life and Career
Albert Finney was born in Lancashire, England. His father was a bookmaker. Finney attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art to study acting.
Finney did film work after graduation and got his big break with his performance in Saturday Night And Sunday Morning. Following this success Finney continued to work steadily in films but also took breaks in his career, which led to a few years where he was not working.
His most recent box office hit was The Bourne Ultimatum, in which he played a supporting role.
