Al Zimmerman, the Florida Department of Children and Family's spokesperson, was arrested on child pornography charges in February 2008. At the time of his arrest, Zimmerman was accused of taking nude photos of two 16-year-old boys. On May 8, 2009, Zimmerman was sentenced to 24 years in prison. It was found that Zimmerman took naked photos of at least seven teenage boys, then sent the images to child pornographers in other countries.
