Al Jefferson

Al Jefferson is a power forward for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the National Basketball Association.

Al Jefferson was born in Monticello, Mississippi, on January 4, 1985. Jefferson attended Prentiss High School and in 2004 he decided to forgo college and declare himself eligible for the NBA draft. In his first season with the Celtics, Al Jefferson played in 71 games and averaged 6.7 points per game.
