Aisha Hinds is an American actress with a resume that includes guest star appearances and recurring roles on several television series, as well as numerous film roles. Aisha Hinds credits three different experiences in her youth that helped motivate and inspire her to become an actress, the first being a viewing of the movie Ghandi, starring Sir Ben Kingsley. The second was a trip to Broadway to see the play Sarafina!, and the third was when she took tap dance in middle school, and was encouraged by her teacher to use he excess energy on stage.
