The makers of Airborne, and over the counter "Cold curer and preventer" medicine have agreed to pay $23.3 Million to settle a class action lawsuit against the company due to "false advertising". A news investigations performed by ABC proved that the company's clinical trials were not conducted by doctors or scientists, but instead carried out by two laypeople.
