Air Jordan XX3

-->
  • In 2008, the 23rd edition of the Nike basketball shoe named for legendary NBA player Michael Jordan rolled off the assembly. There is much speculation that this version of the sneaker, known as the Air Jordan XX3, may the last one produced. The first edition of the Air Jordan sneaker was released in 1985, and the shoes themselves eventually gained iconic status for their design and popularity. The 2008 version was made with concerns about the environment in mind, with a minimal amount of adhesive in the shoe itself, and the sole made from recycled rubber. The other noticeable difference is the lack of the classic Jumpman logo anywhere on the shoe except in the tongue of the right shoe.
