Air Guitar is a form of dance in which a person pretends to play an imaginary guitar. The air guitarist emulates the guitar being played in the actual song. There are air guitar competitions held regularly, throughout the world, and are usually judged based on three criteria. Technical merit, Stage presence, and "Airness".
