Aiden Turner was born and grew up in England, in a community close to London. As a young adult, he attended culinary school, worked as a DJ for a nightclub, and traveled the world visiting Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and North America . He started his modeling career in Australia and when he returned to London, he pursued his modeling career more seriously. From modeling, Aiden Turner turned to acting; he took acting classes and started in television doing many bit parts on shows and commercials.

During the finale of The Bachelor, Tom Bergeron and Melissa Rycroft announced the names of the newest celebrities polishing up their dance shoes. Turner is one of the contestants announced to compete in season 10 of Dancing with the Stars. He has been paired with professional dancer Edyta Sliwinska. The new season is set to start on March 20, 2010. This year there are only 11 couples, that's a big difference from season 9 where they had 16 couples!

Aiden was voted off the show on April 13, 2010, he survived three weeks on the show.

Some of these shows included Undressed in 1999, Eastenders in 1998, Crossroads Heartbreak High and The Bill. In 2002, Aiden Turner got a role in the hit TV Soap All My Children in New York, where he played the character Aidan Devane for 6 years. In 2003, Aiden was a nominee 30th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards for his character on All My Children. He voluntarily left the show in 2009 when it moved the location to California.

He has and continues to do modeling.
