Aggie Muster is an annual event in which students and alumnae of Texas A&M University (known as "Aggies") get together to reminisce and honor fellow Aggies who have passed away in the last year. Ceremonies are held across the globe and attendance is not limited to alumnae. Though the current format of campus Muster was established in the early 20th century by E. E. McQuillen, the tradition is over a century old. Names of each deceased alum are called, as family members or friends of the person respond "here" to honor the memory of each individual.
