The Age of Conan spell Summon Blighted One is only available to the Necromancer class. It is a Minion Spell and can only be learned after reaching level 25. Necromancers fall under the Mage archetype, which also includes Demonologist and Herald of Xotli.

Summon Blighted One Info
The Summon Blighted One spell summons an undead minion whose melee attacks have a chance to drain enemy mana. Two Necromancer feats in the Reanimation tree can increase the power of the summoned minion.Age of Conan Wiki: Summon Blighted OneRuined Blight is a 4th Tier feat and requires 15 points in Reanimation to unlock.
