The Age of Conan spell Inferno Curse is only available to the Herald of Xotli class. It can be learned after reaching level 40. Heralds of Xotli are members of the Mage archetype, which also includes Demonologists and Necromancers.

Inferno Curse Info
The Inferno Curse spell curses enemies and increases the damage they receive from Herald of Xotli fire-based spells, such as Hellfire Breath and Hellflare. Two Herald of Xotli feats in the Avatar tree can increase the power of Inferno Curse.Age of Conan Wiki: Age of Conan Herald of Xotli Hostile SpellsDamning Eloquence is a 7th Tier feat and requires 30 points in the Avatar tree to unlock. It reduces the cast time of the Inferno Curse and Fiery Enervation spells. Damning Eloquence has three trainable ranks, each rank further decreasing spell cast time. Burning Hex is an 8th Tier feat. To unlock the feat, 35 points must have already been spent in Avatar tree and all three ranks of Damning Eloquence must be trained.
