The I Eat Your Heart combo causes the Herald of Xotli to rip out the heart of a minion and devour it, thereby healing the Herald. One feat in the Avatar tree can increase the power of the I Eat Your Heart combo.Age of Conan Wiki: Age of Conan Spells/Herald of XotliBlood Pit is a 5th Tier feat and requires 20 points in the Avatar tree to unlock. Killing a minion using I Eat Your Heart causes a Blood Pit to spawn. This pit increases health regeneration of nearby allies.
