Ninja Ninja's Body Part Poker is a minigame in the video game Afro Samurai. During the minigame, the player has to attempt to create "poker hands" by cutting off certain parts of enemies' bodies: arms, heads and legs. Combinations of different body parts of different enemies will get different hands, which in turn grant you experience, HP and Focus Mode, sometimes even resulting in a level-up.

Start the game by tagging Ninja Ninja, who should be holding three poker cards. Ninja Ninja's hand should appear in the bottom left of the screen, holding three cards and a cigarette. The cigarette is your time meter of sorts: when it burns down, you're out of time and the game's over.

When enemies appear, try to attack them by cutting off particular body parts. The enemies in the game are: Ronin, Ninja, Female Ninja, Samurai and Android Ninja. When you get a combination of three body parts that leads to a winning hand, Ninja Ninja will tell you. If you don't get a winning hand by the time Ninja Ninja's cigarette is out, then you lose.

The different suits in poker correspond to the enemy types, while the body parts represent the face cards. Hands only come in three, but if you think of the game like real poker, it's easy to figure out what combinations will create playable hands and what won't. Naturally, you should try to get as many of the same suit for the same face card, so three Ronin heads or three Ninja Arms would be good hands. Or, you could go for a "straight flush" of sorts: one Ronin head, one Ronin arm, one Ronin legs.

Heads yield the best rewards, so Pounce on enemies as often as you can, and then perform the Lightning Pounce to decapitate them. This won't work for the Ninja and Samurai, however. Ninja's will always block half your attacks, while Samurai cannot be Pounced on at all. To get a decapitation on a Samurai, the best strategy is to attack them normally and cautiously until they're down to half their health. Then deflect an attack, which will put the Samurai into stun. Once they're stunned, you can go for a Perfect Slice on any part of the body.
