However, Aeron chairs are also known for being very adjustable and comfortable. The designers of the Aeron chair are known for their previous work on the Equa office chair (also from Herman Miller).

Herman Miller, the maker of the Aeron chair, is headquartered in Zeeland, Michigan. It was founded back in 1923, and is now a publicly traded company that trades on the NASDAQ exchange under ticker symbol MLHR. The company became known for its unique and innovative office furniture in the late 1960s.
