60-year-old Florida science teacher Adrienne Laflamme was arrested for having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student. Laflamme then encouraged the boy to lie about the month-long relationship so that she could avoid losing her job and retirement benefits. The call was monitored by the police.

The pair met when the student was in custody at the Brevard County Juvenile Detention Center, where Laflamme taught science.
