Paparazzo Adnan Ghalib was reportedly stabbed in the arm by an unknown person on April 12, 2008 at a Los Angeles nightclub. The photographer claims that he has been receiving death threats as well. According to JFXOnline, Ghalib received medical attention for the stabbing at a Los Angeles hospital as well as facial lacerations and a black eye. He is reportedly doing okay. The attacker has not been found. Ghalib was romantically linked to pop star Britney Spears late 2007 to early 2008.
Motive
Many have speculated that the attack may have been a publicity stunt, as so far there are no police reports or photos relating to the incident.
Britney Spears
Ghalib was previously in the news for his former romantic involvement with pop singer Britney Spears. The couple reportedly split in March of 2008 after Spears discovered text messages from another woman, Amanda Pagel, on Ghalib's cell phone.
