Canadian professional hockey player Adam Mair plays for the Buffalo Sabres in the National Hockey League.
NHL Career
Mair was drafted 84th overall in the 1997 NHL Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs. In 1999, Mair made his NHL debut with the Maple Leafs, playing five playoff games. He split the next two seasons between the Leafs and their American Hockey League affiliate, the St. John's Maple Leafs. On March 13, 2001, Mair was traded to the Los Angeles Kings. He played with the Kings until July 24, 2002, when he was traded to the Buffalo Sabres. Mair did not play during the 2004-05 NHL Lockout and missed 31 games of the 2005-06 season with groin and head injuries.
