A sign accompanying a life-sized effigy of Barack Obama, found hanging from a tree on the campus of Oregon's George Fox University read "Act Six reject," referring to a minority scholarship titled Act Six, a program provided to minority applicants who require a full scholarship to attend the university. The effigy and sign were discovered by a custodian. Both were removed soon after their discovery.
