British model Abigail Clancy was the runner-up on the second season of Britain's Next Top Model, losing to Lianna Fowler. While on the show, she opened up about her relationship with British football player Peter Crouch.
Glamour Career
The judges' on Britain's Next Top Model most frequently criticized Clancy on her lack of ability to be a high fashion model. They thought she was more suited for heavy media exposure in glamour magazines. The judges could not have been more clairvoyant. After leaving the show, Clancy posed for Maxim, Nuts, GQ and other magazines. She ranked as FHM's 37th sexiest woman in the world in 2007.
Shut It Down
In addition to Britain's Next Top Model, Clancy appeared on the third season of the UK Hell's Kitchen. Her sporadic success on British reality shows often mirrors her personal life. Crouch and Clancy briefly separated after allegations of cocaine use and infidelity. In late 2007, the couple reunited, and their relationship continues with significantly less media focus.
