Abelisaurus

Abelisaurus is a family of dinosaurs that lived during the late Cretaceous period. They were two-legged predatory dinosaurs, and fossils have been found South America.

Incomplete Picture

The only existing record of Abelisaurus is a single, incomplete skull that was found in Argentina. Though the skull resembles that of the Tyrannosaur family, other features indicate that Abelisaurus was its own separate family.Dinosaur Den: Abelisaurus
