After a tip from an alleged suicide note led German police to a KLM flight departing from Cologne-Bonn Airport, Somalia native Abdirazak B. and suspected accomplice Omar D. were detained by law enforcement on September 26, 2008, for alleged ties to terrorism. Both men were arrested without incident from KLM Flight 1804. German officials believe the men were on their way to Pakistan.
