    On May 23, 2008, Rajesh Talwar, Aarushi Talwar's father, was arrested and charged with the murder of his daughter and Hemraj, the family's servant.

    He took Hemraj out to the terrace and hit him over the head and then slit his throat. The body was covered with the cover from the water cooler.
