Players face new challenges through the second portion of the factory including more powerful enemies and more complicated traps.  Pyramid switches become more common and the levels continue to get more complicated and intricate usually requiring multiple backtracking sessions to complete.  Players are also chased by the giant shadow monster here once again in their climb to the top.

1. Head to the left, rotate the machine and jump up the platforms
   
2. Rotate the machine to the right and jump up along its platforms
3. Rotate the machine to the upper left
4.  Monitor Eye:  Jump across and climb up, kill the super shooter
5. Head back to the right and along the level platform
6. Drag the slider to the right and climb up the ladder
7. Hit the pyramid, then jump across to the left
8. Drag the slider to the left and climb up
9.  Memory:  to the left past the three jumpers
10. Head back to the right, move the slider to the right and jump across
11. Climb the ladder and jump to the left
12. Continue up to the left killing the spinners
13. Head to the left across the extending pipes and jump up to the ladder

1. Go left and kill the three jumpers
   
2. Move the slider to the left and then jump to the left platform
3. Climb the ladder and jump to the right platform
4. Move the slider to the right and make the long jump across the gap to the right
5. Continue right and kill the spinners
6.  Monitor Eye:  between the three spinners
7. Keep heading right and kill the super spider vortex
8. Run over the extendable pipe and climb the ladder
9. Jump left and kill the super spider, then run over the floor trap
10. Hit the pyramid, then backtrack and fall through the floor trap
11. Head left and climb the ladder you lowered
12. Jump up onto the pipes and kill the spinner
13. Continue left across the extendable pipe, then enter the shadow corridor
14.  Health Regen:  down and right
15. Drop down and move the slider up, head all the way to the right
16. Move the slider to the right and drop down
17. Move the slider down three spaces and jump to the central platform
18. Move the slider up once space and jump to the right
19. Move the slider up and left then down
20. Jump to the upper platform and go left
21. Move the slider up and exit
22.  Monitor Eye:  to the left
23. Pull the lever on your left
24. Head to the right and jump up with the super spider
25. Continue upward and ride the platform, avoiding the arrow shooters and killing the spinners
26.  Monitor Eye:  At the top to the right
27. Climb up the ladder to the left and kill the two giant swarms
28. Break down the shadow wall and run to the left to exit

44F – 45F 

1. Head left and kill the super spider
   
2. Rotate the pipes over your head, then climb up and flip the lever
3. Drop back down and head left
4. Ride the platform down, and head to the left killing the two jumpers
5. Drop onto the car and send it driving
6. Keep going left and kill the super spider
7. Rotate the two platforms, then jump between the saw blades onto the pipes
8. Kill the giant floater and hit the sphere
9. Jump across the pipes to the left avoiding the saws and through the timed doorway
10. Ride the platform up and head back to the right
11. Run up the platform and kill the three darts
12.  Monitor Eye:  when you see it beneath you rotate the pipes and drop down
13. Rotate again to climb out
14. Continue to the right avoiding the saws and flip the lever at the end of the pipe
15. Drop through the opened door and down the ladder
16. Head to the left and ride the car
17. Throw the lever to the left and ride the car back
18. Climb the ladder and ride the second car back to the right
19. Ride the platform up and head to the right
20. Climb up the pipes and through the door you just opened
21. Climb the ladder on the left and ride the car there waiting for you
22.  Monitor Eye:  to the right over the two saw blades
23. Climb up the ladders and head to the right over the saw blade
24. Open the platform below you and climb down the ladder
25. Head right and kill the giant roller
26. Hit the pyramid to the right
27. Climb back out and head to the right across the rotated squares
28. Kill/avoid the small darts and giant dart
29. Flip the lever on the right side
30. Make your way back to where you left the car
31. Jump up into the shadow corridor
32.  Health Regen:  to the right
33. Jump over the first two platforms to the right
34. Under the third, then jump back up
35. (you’re being chased by the wall so hurry)Drop down and crawl, then jump up and keep moving to the right
36. Avoid the saw blades as you keep going right, then jump up and to the left and quickly jump up to get over the moving wall (If you aren’t fast enough you’ll get pushed over the edge and have to start over)
37. Jump left to the exit
38. Continue to the left and move the slider down
39. Avoid the first saw and get locked in with the blue eyed swingers
40. Move the slider up to kill them, then back down for you to get across
41. Continue left and flip the switch
42. Head back to the right and ride the car back to the right
43. Go down the ladder and down the pipes, then head left into the opened door
44. Kill the spider king and ride the car to the left
45. Head left and kill the giant circle shooter
46. Drop below the ladder to the left
47. Drag the slider up and head to the left, avoiding the saw blades
48.  Monitor Eye:  All the way to the left
49. Head back to the right and climb the ladder
50. Break down the shadow wall and take the car to the left
51. Climb the ladder then run to the right to the exit

46F 

1. Head to the right and kill the super spider
   
2. Jump across the platforms to the right
3. Continue to the right and pick up the “Watchman’s Sword”, this sword allows you to move into the light world through the light gates
4. Head to the left and enter the gate
5.  Memory:  to the right
6.  Memory:  a bit further to the right
7.  Enter the second gate
8. Head right and kill the giant circle thrower
9. Continue right and drop down into the hole, kill the super spinners and hit the pyramid
10. Rotate the machine to the left and climb back up
11. Rotate the machine to the upper right and climb up
12. Enter the light gate
13.  Monitor Eye:  Run across to the next gate, then continue to the right
14. Backtrack to the first machine and jump across to the left and climb up the ladder
15. Avoid/kill the two darts and jump over the spikes
16. Hit the sphere and run left past the falling spike blocks
17. Continue to the left and jump up onto the higher platform
18. Ride the platform to the left and jump up
19. Enter the shadow corridor
20.  Health Regen:  to the right
21. Rotate to the right
22. Jump up to the platform above you and flip the lever
23. Go back to the spiral and rotate left
24. Head to the left and jump up onto the higher platform
25. Pull the lever, then rotate left
26. Climb down and flip the lever, then go to the left
27. Jump across the wide gap and rotate left
28. Exit the corridor
29. Flip the lever to the left
30. Jump across to the right and kill the super spider
31.  Monitor Eye:  Continue to the right across the platforms avoiding the flame jets
32. Continue to the right and jump across the gap, kill the spider king and spinners
33. Hit the pyramid then head back to the left and drop through the gap
34. Head right and drop down, then head left and hit the sphere to open the door
35. Head back to the right through the open door
36. Continue over the spikes past the darts and jump to the right past the ladder
37. Head right through the open door and ride the platform to the top
38. Head left and kill the two jumpers, then the super flier
39. Jump across and enter the light door
40.  Monitor Eye:  head left to eh second door and then left
41. Backtrack to the right across where the moving platform brought you up and break the shadow wall
42. Climb the ladder to exit

47F 

1. Go to the right and enter the light door
   
2. Run up to the right and enter the next door
3. Head left and kill the super spider and super floater
4. Jump across the platforms to the left and avoid the flame jet
5. Keep going left past the jumpers until a slider appears
6. Move it up and hit the pyramid
7. Continue left, jump up and hit the second pyramid
8. Jump across to the left and enter the light gate
9. Push the pipe to the left and exit back through the gate
10.  Monitor Eye:  Jump up to the left, then up again and kill the super spinners
11. Backtrack all the way to the right past the first pyramid and climb the ladder
12. Jump across the platforms avoiding the flame jets to the right
13. Enter the open door and kill the super jumper
14. Continue right into the corridor
15.  Health Regen:  to the right
16. Head to the right past the first gate and jump up and over
17. Drop down at the far side and enter the light gate
18. Head to the right and step on the push button
19. Move back through the light door
20. Head back to the left and enter the first gate
21. Run to the foreground and then left and to the back, exit the light area
22. Head left and exit the corridor
23. Enter the gate, go left and exit
24. Continue to the right and climb the ladders
25. Jump over the saw and rotate the pipe beneath it three times
26. Jump up to the platform and hit the pyramid after the swinger appears
27. Continue to the left over the saw blade
28. Move through the open door and enter the light gate
29. Rotate the pillar to the right then exit the gate
30. Jump up to the left
31.  Monitor Eye:  continue to the left
32. Move back to the right and climb the ladder
33.  Memory:  jump to the left and kill the super shooter
34. Head to the right and avoid the falling spike blocks
35. Enter the open door and kill the two super jumpers
36. Continue to the right and enter the gate
37. Rotate the pillar to the left then exit the gate
38. Backtrack all the way back to where you entered the gates to get around the center portion that was blocking a pyramid, this time you can hit the pyramid
39. Enter the gate and exit the right gate
40. Drop down and head way back to the left across the blocks and flame jets, and across the gap by the ladder
41.  Monitor Eye:  Climb up and grab it to the left
42. Backtrack all the way up to where you rotated the pillar and break through the shadow wall
43. Climb the ladder to exit

48F 

1. Head to the right over the saw blade
   
2. Rotate the tube beneath and saw three times and climb up the right vertical tupe
3.  Memory:  jump up to the right platform above you
4. Drop down and rotate the tube twice more, then jump up on the left side
5. Enter the shadow corridor to the left
6.  Health Regen:  to the right
7. Crawl through the narrow passage avoiding the saws
8. After the saws you have to kill the spiders to progress
9. At the end you’ll be locked in and 3 mini-spiders will attack in two waves, kill them as well
10. Get on the moving platform, and craw into the narrow passage at the top
11. Crawl across to the next platform, and to the next (Kill the shooter)
12. Crawl through the last passage and exit the corridor
13.  Monitor Eye:  jump up the platforms to the left
14. Jump to the right and kill the mega shooter and hit the pyramid
15. Drop down and head right, then climb the ladder
16. Continue to the right and take out the super spider
17. Enter the light gate and rotate the pipe one turn counter clockwise
18. Head through the right gate and climb the ladder
19. Head to the left and jump the long gap, kill the super spinners and hit the pyramid
20. Head back to the right and drop down the gap, then to the left and climb down the ladder
21. Hit the pyramid a bit to the right above the buzz saw
22. Head back up the ladder and right through the light gate
23. Climb up and jump to the right, then take the moving platform up
24. Enter the light gate at the top and turn the pipe once counterclockwise
25.  Monitor Eye:  Exit the light gate and ride the platform back down to the first floor
26. Ride back up to the top
27. Climb the pipe and head left avoiding the flame jets and killing the giant spinner
28. Climb down the ladder and jump across the metal platforms to the left
29. Flip the lever and jump back across the platforms to the right
30. Drop down and flip the lever
31. Jump to the second metal platform to the left above the blue swinger
32. Jump across to the left and hit the pyramid
33. Jump across once more then drop down and hit the pyramid to kill the swingers
34. Get back on the platforms and jump to the right
35.  Monitor Eye:   Climb back up the ladder and head to the left
36. Continue back to the right past the flame jets and break down the wall
37.  Memory:  on the other side of the shadow wall
38.  Health Regen:  to the right of the memory
39. Move right to exit

49F 

1. You’ll be chased by the giant shadow monster here once more, so time is critical
   
2. Run to the right and hit the sphere
3. Continue right jumping over the pipe/platforms and ride the moving platform up
4. Jump off to the right and hit the sphere
5. Continue to the right, a door will close in front of you forcing you to go down
6. You need to run to the left and drop then run back to the right and hit the sphere
7. There is a moving platform just past the sphere to the right, get on it and ride it up
8. Continue to the right at the top and hit the next sphere, then climb the ladder
9. Ride the moving platform up at the top of the ladder
10. Jump off the moving platform to the left and run across behind the door that closed on you earlier
11. Jump up and to the left and hit the sphere, then continue onward
12. Careful not to get crushed by the moving platform here, get on and ride it up
13. Head to the right and hit the next sphere
14. Run across the extending pipes to the right, then drop down into the hole and jump up along the platforms
15. Hit the next sphere and continue to the right
16. Jump across the platforms to the right and hit the sphere
17. Continue to the right and drop through the floor trap, then to the right once more
18. Jump onto the moving platform and ride it up, then climb the ladder to exit

1. This is another elevator floor, jump up to the left and climb the ladder to exit
