A Matter of Loaf and Death is the fourth Wallace and Gromit short film by Nick Park. The half-hour short will air on the BBC in late 2008. In A Matter of Loaf and Death, Wallace and Gromit convert their home into a high tech bakery. Upon discovering that local bakers are mysteriously disappearing all over the place, the pair decide to investigate. Wallace also falls in love with a bread enthusiast named Piella Bakewell, who is voiced by Sally Lindsay.
A Matter of Loaf and Death is directed by Nick Park, written by Nick Park and Bob Baker, and distributed by the BBC and Aardman Animation.
