  • NFL Career

    A.J. Hawk was drafted by the Packers in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft. He was named the NFL Rookie Of The Week after recording 12 tackles and a sack against the Miami Dolphins on October 23. Hawk finished his rookie season with 119 tackles, two interceptions, 3.5 sacks and one forced fumble. As a result, he finished in third place for the Associated Press Defensive Rookie of the Year Award.

    During his second season in 2007, Hawk recorded 105 tackles, one interception, one sack, and one forced fumble. The Packers also made it to the playoffs, where Hawk had eight tackles and a sack in two games.Packers.com: A.J. Hawk
