Kandice Hutchinson was eliminated as a contestant on A Double Shot of Love. Shortly after her last taping, Hutchinson was killed in an automobile accident in Euless, Texas, on October 21, 2008. The show's producers reportedly edited some of Huthinson's scenes out of respect for her family.
