A Cinderella Story

A Cinderella Story is a contemporary teen film version of the classic story Cinderella.

After her father's death at the age of 6, Sam Montgomery was left under the care of her evil step mother who forces her to work tirelessly at their family's diner. At school she is shunned by the popular crowd, led by the evil Shelby Cummings. At the same time Sam interacts with an unknown boyfriend, Austin Ames, through emails and text messages. Sam and her secret admirer plan to meet at the school dance, but their time together is cut short when Sam must race back to the diner. As she is leaving she drops her mobile phone behind which Austin finds. Austin attempts to find out who his Cinderella is and Sam fears that he may not want anything to do with her.
