Yingying the Tibetan Antelope

Yingying the Tibetan Antelope is one of the Fuwa, the five official mascots created for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He represents the traditional element of Earth. His appearance is influenced by the ceremonial clothing of Tibet and Xinjiang Province in China.¹ He represents the yellow Olympic Ring, and is the mascot of all track and field events.
