Guide Note: WrestleMania is the WWE's premiere professional wrestling pay-per-view, usually held in late March or early April. The first WrestleMania was in 1985 at New York City's Madison Square Garden, and has since become the longest running and most successful pro wrestling event. For fans, it is considered the "Super Bowl of wrestling," and for the wrestlers themselves, main eventing or even just performing at WrestleMania is seen as the business' highest honor.
