Reports say the 14-year-old son of actor Billy Bob Thornton is involved in an investigation of the crime of "unlawful sex" with a minor. TMZ.com says Willie Thornton had been dating a 22-year-old woman, and the woman's ex-boyfriend notified Los Angeles police about the relationship. The website says the LAPD is involved in an "active investigation" of the case.

Billy Bob Thornton has also reportedly been interviewed by authorities, who say both father and son are cooperating with the investigtation.
