NFL Career

Willie Andrews was drafted by the New England Patriots in 2006. Andrew played on defense and special teams his first two seasons in the league. Andrews played in 15 games in each of his first two seasons. He totaled 24 regular season tackles and returned a kickoff for a touchdown against the Miami Dolphins in 2007. During the 2007 playoffs, Andrews played on special teams return and coverage teams.¹

Arrest

On February 5, 2008, Andrews was arrested and charged with marijuana possession. Authorities found 200 grams of the illegal substance in his unregistered vehicle.²
